Return and Refund Policy
At Gowinterup, we understand that each marketing and advertising project is unique, and we strive to provide personalized and effective services to our clients. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, our return and refund policy is governed by applicable laws and tailored to each specific situation.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the order confirmation date, provided that service execution has not begun with your explicit consent.
If you have requested the immediate execution of services before the end of this period, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Refunds
We will determine whether a full, partial, or no refund will be granted based on the following criteria:
The progress of the project at the time of the cancellation request.
The resources already allocated and expenses incurred in providing the service.
Any other relevant circumstances related to the request.
A refund, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days following our decision. The refund amount will be calculated taking into account the factors mentioned above.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be granted in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Gowinterup.
Fees already incurred for services rendered will not be refunded.
Work completed on a project prior to cancellation will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.
No refund will be granted if the client is in violation of the contract terms or the general terms and conditions of sale.
